Adam Patterson Programme Coordinator
Adam is our Programme Coordinator and joins us from City College Norwich where he held a similar position. Adam’s planning and organisational skills are perfectly suited to help anyone looking to develop their skills in the healthcare environment. His wide ranging role includes assessing your training needs, providing relevant course information, taking bookings and fees and all other general administration duties.
Dave Glenton Tutor
Dave has been an HPC registered Paramedic since 1999 and currently works for both the East of England Ambulance Service and Norvic Ambulance. His practical experience and hands-on approach make Dave an ideal trainer for pre-hospital specialist medical training.
Don Smith Tutor
Don is a freelance trainer. Having worked in the education and commercial sectors for over 25 years, his areas of expertise are teacher training, assertiveness and negotiation skills, and mentoring the design and evaluation of training. Don is Vice Chair of The Garage Trust (a social inclusion charity in Norwich) and values the use of interactive scenarios to bring training alive.
Chris Graveling Tutor
Chris has been a Fire fighter for the past 10 years and has also worked for Norvic Ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) since 2005. Chris has been delivering training in First Aid, Trauma Management, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Marshalling courses in both the Fire Service and the private sector for many years. Chris is also a rescue trainer with considerable practical experience.
Mark Glover Tutor
A UK Registered Paramedic with eight years frontline NHS experience. Mark has operated in a variety of hostile environments including provision of emergency trauma care on close protection operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and helicopter emergency medical services in the Middle East. Mark holds numerous professional qualifications in pre-hospital care, is a qualified medical instructor and has provided consultancy services and solutions for clients operating in high threat environments.
